Labonte Pulverized Sugar is double refined super fine sugar. It is made by grinding sugar in machines, coarse particles are sieved through 150 micron filter leaving a smooth free- flowing granulated sugar which is easily soluble and perfect for home baking and large-scale manufacturing uses.
Labonte` Icing Sugar is a finely ground double refined sugar produced by milling granulated / pulverized sugar into a powdered state. It contains between * 2% and 5% of corn starch - an anti-caking agent to absorb moisture, prevent clumping, and improve flow. Strict protocols and processes are followed to maintain hygiene and quality standards.
